For cardiovascular exercise, effective training means getting in your proper heart rate zone. For weight training, it gets a little more complicated and this is where lots of exercisers waste their time with improper methods. I recommend having at least a few sessions with a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. It’s a bit expensive, but well worth it, since you’ll forevermore get better results for every minute of your workout.
