Growth Hormone, the natural way

Hello!

As you probably know (especially if you are a baseball fan), Human Growth Hormone is a hot topic. It’s a hormone that is thought to help you stay more muscular, lean, fit and youthful…and it apparently helps you hit grand slams like crazy.

While it is true that your body produces less as you age, there are a number of easy, safe (not to mention, legal) ways to boost HGH production in your body:

Exercise
Adequate sleep
Eating small frequent meals instead of large ones
Avoiding blood sugar spikes and the insulin surge that follows
Getting rid of belly fat

If all that seems like lots of work, think of the baseball players testifying before congress. These things are EASY compared to butt injections and public humiliation, eh?!
