With all the amazing summer fruits available right now, here are a few fruity tips:

Don’t even THINK of eating cookies, cakes or any processed sweet treats right now. Peaches, plums, nectarine, etc. all have more complex flavors and they won’t be here for long. Dip them in dark chocolate, if you must, but don’t miss this opportunity to eat something healthier AND tastier.

If you love fruit, but are watching your carb intake, replace breads and starches with fresh fruit, calorie-for-calorie.

Before your next bite, take a moment to comtemplate the 400+ plant compounds in fresh fruit that fight aging and cancer, and keep you at your best. What a gift from nature!
