Ask the right questions

They are not:

  • When will I reach my goal weight?
  • How much longer do I need to do this?

They are:

  • When will these healthy behaviors become easy and automatic?
  • How much longer ’til I start LIKING eating this way?
  • When will I start CRAVING exercise?

The answer is that everyone is different, but you can make good habits faster with:

  • Routine
  • Consistency
  • Repetition

It’s not so different from changing your golf swing or potty training a puppy. You change a behavior forever, but it’s no work at all once you’ve practiced it correctly and enough.
