This Halloween, please remember these 3 things:

Sugar has been proven addictive for some folks. A bite isn’t “just a bite” if it stimulates a new constant craving. Try toasted pumpkin seeds for a festive no-sugar treat.

Even if Halloween junk doesn’t tempt you right now, it might at a later time, when you are stressed, tired or bored. Get rid of leftovers ASAP.
You guessed it…for Halloween I’m going as a Wet Blanket. 🙂
